HRIS Photo App Instructions
1. Ensure that your mobile device has good internet connection.
2. Download the HRIS app (Available for Android or iOS devices only). Go to https://www.aub.com.ph/downloadHRISapp
For iOS
- After installation via link, please go to the device
Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management > Asia United Bank Corporation.
- Select "Trust Asia United Bank Corporation", select "Trust".
- Retry opening the app.
For Android
- Make sure to allow installation of apps other than apps from the Play Store.
- To check if allowed, please go to the device
Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
- After enabling, install the app via the downloaded APK.
4. Login using your HRIS credentials. For questions/concerns, contact HR Admin.
5. Take a selfie or upload your latest photo.
6. Your profile photo will reflect in your HRIS ePortal access once approved by HR Admin.
