The Innovation Channel is a sustainable feedback program chambered by a mix of digital and non-digital channels made to establish an ideal ecosystem for innovation in AUB's work environment.
2. What is the Innovation Channel's objective?
The objective of the Innovation Channel is to promote innovation, as its name implies, but also to make the voices of each employee heard. To create an ecosystem where employees feel free to talk, provide ideas that can be implemented at the bank, helping to improve AUB's productivity, environment, development, and growth.
3. How does the Innovation Channel work?
Through the Innovation Channel Program, AUBankers across all regions can share ideas instantly, questions, problems, and praises to tune the senior management regarding the best innovation opportunities, spot new trends and consequently support AUB to become a first market mover.
4. What happens with my feedback?
As an essential step for an efficient internal feedback tool, the Innovation Channel Program do not only collect the information but also filter and treat every single reply accordingly to effectively manage all collected data along with the responsible departments. Therefore, as soon as your feedback is submitted, we will classify it according to the related department and area. Additionally, If the input is not anonymous, we will contact you for updates or request further information for possible clarifications.
5. Who will first read my feedback and have access to my identity?
The Tom Oliver Group (TOG) is the only agent that has direct contact with you and know that you have submitted feedback using the Innovation Channel. Please be aware that your input is confidential and TOG will NOT disclose your identity.
6. Who can use the Innovation Channel?
The Innovation Channel is available for all AUB employees.
7. Can I use the Innovation Channel to share client feedback?
Yes! You can use the Innovation Channel as well as to share client feedback.
8. Where to find the Innovation Channel Page?
The Innovation Channel is available on the home page of the AUB Intranet.
9. How to use the Innovation Channel?
You will find four different forms: Idea, Problem, Question, and Praise. Please choose the form accordingly with the type of your feedback. You have the option to fill out your identity information or maintain the feedback anonymously and describe your input as complete and transparent as possible.
10. What kind of feedback should I share?
The feedback may be an idea that may increase productivity, increase sales, improve customer service, processes, systems or even the work environment. It may also be an innovative idea to enhance a specific area of AUB or a solution to a problem that your face on a daily basis in your department. You also can use the Innovation Channel to ask a question related to a product or a system.
11. Can I share feedback related to any department or area of AUB?
Yes! Your feedback may be related to any area or department of the bank. It can also be about products, processes, systems, people, clients, work environment, among others.
12. Is there a limit of feedback that I am allowed to share?
You may share as much feedback as you would like and use the Innovation channel as many times as you need.
There is no limit! Your commitment towards the best AUB will always be appreciated.
13. Do I need to fill out more than one form if I have different ideas or can I input all in the same?
For organizational reasons and better processing of your ideas, it would be better to put in different forms.
14. Do I always need to identify myself when sharing feedback?
No! You have the option to share anonymous feedback. However, keep in mind that we won't be able to reach you with proper replies, updates or even a recognition if your idea is implemented in the bank.
15. Why is so important to give feedback? Why should I use the Innovation Channel?
Because the Innovation Channel is a fantastic opportunity to communicate with the top management regarding your ideas and concerns openly with the assurance that your initiative will have a tangible outcome by receiving a customized reply and updates leading to a legitimate feeling that your voice matters for the bank. Please be aware that customized responses are not only applied to non-anonymous feedback.
