A crucial role of the A-Team is to help grow the engagement with the Holistic Change Management Program and boost the message by building awareness of the program’s initiatives.
As a best practice, The Tom Oliver Group frequently requests the A-Team to share their insights in regard to faced internal challenges through brainstorm sessions and daily online communication.
The A-Team supports the Tom Oliver Group to implement a culture of innovation within the organization where all ideas are welcomed with the main goal to shape a better AUB for all!
